1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdy88 platform or creating an account, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. bdy88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a User does not meet the eligibility criteria, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be voided and withheld.

4. Account Registration

To use the full range of bdy88 services, Users must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, complete, and non-misleading information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes after registration.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on bdy88. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bdy88 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts upon detection, forfeiting any balances held.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. bdy88 will treat any instruction, bet, or transaction originating from your account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified bdy88 in writing of a security breach before such instruction was processed. bdy88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account use where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

Account registration is free of charge. bdy88 does not require any payment to create an account. Any third-party services that charge a fee for account creation or access to the bdy88 platform are not affiliated with bdy88 and should be treated as fraudulent.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

bdy88 is committed to operating a secure, fair, and responsible platform. As part of this commitment, bdy88 requires Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests and at other key stages determined at bdy88's discretion. KYC verification may require Users to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account linked to the registered mobile number).

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdy88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdy88 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and Islami Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. bdy88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bdy88 does not accept cash payments, third-party payments on your behalf, or payments from credit facilities. 7. Betting Rules

bdy88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond bdy88's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or failure of third-party service providers.

The bdy88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdy88 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

15. Account Suspension, Closure, and Inactivity

bdy88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is closed by bdy88 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, bdy88 will not be obligated to return any funds and will cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement authorities.

Upon voluntary account closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending withdrawal holds.

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bdy88 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts after this period. bdy88 does not waive any right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in respect of any actual or threatened breach of these Terms that would cause bdy88 irreparable harm for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy.
